Wildfires from Power Lines

This map visualizes wildfires in California that originated from power lines. I made this in collaboration with Dr. Alyssa Kody during her time as a postdoctoral fellow at the US Department of Energy’s Argonne National Laboratory. She wanted this simple visual for a series of talks she gave about mitigating fire risk from power grids.
